District Councillor for Belbroughton and Romsley
  • District Councillors

Simon first became involved with Bromsgrove Conservatives in 2011 when a friend suggested that they needed help with their finances. He applied for the position of Treasurer but didn’t get the job and ended up as the Treasurer’s deputy. In the ensuing period Simon has held almost every officer position at BCA including that of Chairman, 2017-2021. Simon became a Parish Councillor in 2015 and was elected to the District Councillor in 2023 securing the second highest number of votes cast. Simon is a School Governor but also finds time for his ‘day job’ as a partner at Thomas Nock Martin Chartered Accountants. If he is unavailable, you will probably find him cutting his lawns because he hasn’t been persuaded to purchase a ride-on lawn mower yet.
