A Bromsgrove resident, Malcolm has represented Avoncroft ward for the last four years. 

Malcolm says:

"In my time as a councillor, I have worked particularly hard to make Bromsgrove cleaner and greener: getting the Council to resolve to cut down its plastic use, and looking at ways we can encourage car charging points for electric cars, which could also encourage spending in the town centre depending on where we place them. You may hear a lot about “politics” in the next few weeks. For me this is about Bromsgrove, and what we can do to make our town a better place to work and to live."
