
Bradley Thomas MP backed an amendment to the Victims and Courts Bill which would have required courts to record sentencing data on individuals, including nationality and immigration status.
Bradley said:
"I was pleased to support Robert Jenrickās Victims and Courts Bill amendment, which would have required courts to record sentencing data on individuals, including nationality and immigration status.
"Every 3 months these stats would be published - showing who is really in our justice system.
"Labour opposed."
